Limited Warranty Provisions

DEFINITIONS

Deductible: The amount to be paid by you for repair or replacement costs of a mechanical breakdown, per covered repair visit.

Mechanical Breakdown: The failure of a covered part because of a mechanical defect or faulty workmanship by the manufacturer which renders the covered part incapable of performing the function for which it was designed. If your vehicle's odometer reading is greater than 100,000 miles on the vehicle date of sale then this does not include gradual reductions in operating performance due to wear and use.

Term: The period during which mechanical breakdown coverage applies. See term in the "LIMITED WARRANTY" section on the document attached to these provisions for applicable months and miles. The time and mileage limits of the term start on the vehicle date of sale and from the mileage registered on your vehicle's odometer on that date. The limited warranty expires when the length of time of the term is reached (12:01 a.m. local standard time) or your vehicle's odometer reading is equal to the sum of the term mileage plus the mileage on your vehicle on the vehicle date of sale, whichever occurs first.

Vehicle: The vehicle identified in the "VEHICLE INFORMATION" section on the document attached to these provisions.

We/Us/Our: The dealer selling or leasing the vehicle and issuing the limited warranty.

You/Your: The limited warranty holder identified as "VEHICLE OWNER" on the document attached to these provisions. LIMITED WARRANTY

COVERAGE

Limited warranty coverage applies to the parts listed below, and related labor, but not if they are covered by insurance or the manufacturer's warranty. If a covered part(s) has a mechanical breakdown, we will repair or replace it, or pay an authorized repair facility customary and reasonable charges to do so, not to exceed manufacturer's suggested list price for covered parts, and specific labor times published in Motor, Chilton, Mitchell or the manufacturer's warranty labor time standards, subject to the deductible and the other provisions of this limited warranty. Reimbursement may be made directly to you for an authorized claim. Replacement will be made with parts of like kind and quality (including new, re-manufactured, exchanged, or serviceable used components or parts at the option of the dealer). Only those parts listed below are covered; any parts not listed are not covered.

SCHEDULE OF COVERAGE

1. Engine, including all internally lubricated parts.
2. Transmission and transaxle.
3. Front and rear wheel drive components.
4. Engine cooling system.
5. Alternator, generator, starter, and ignition system, not including the battery.
6. Braking system.
7. Front and rear suspension system.
8. Steering system and components.
9. Seatbelts.
10. Inflatable restraint systems installed on the vehicle as originally manufactured.
11. Catalytic Converter and other emissions components necessary for the vehicle to pass an Oregon emissions test.
12. Heater.
13. Seals and gaskets on components described in this warranty.
14. Electrical, electronic and computer components to the extent that those components substantially affect the functionality of other components described in this warranty.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY

Total of all benefits paid or payable for each repair visit is limited to the actual cash value of your vehicle not considering loss of value due to the mechanical breakdown of a covered part, less your deductible.

The total of all benefits paid or payable during the term shall not exceed the purchase price paid for your vehicle.

Liability for any incidental or consequential damages is specifically excluded. Such incidental or consequential damages include, but are not limited to, loss of profits or income, loss of use of the vehicle or damages to property, loss of time, inconvenience and commercial loss.

OTHER

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED OR ASSIGNED.

TERM

30 days from the date of delivery or when the odometer has registered 1,000 miles from what is shown on the contract, whichever comes first.

If the buyer notifies The Sole Savers Auto Sales that the vehicle does not conform to this warranty, The Sole Savers Auto Sales shall either repair the vehicle to conform to the warranty, reimburse the buyer for the reasonable cost of repairs, or cancel the sale contract and provide the buyer a full refund, less a reasonable amount for any damage sustained by the vehicle after the sale, excepting damage caused by any nonconformity with this warranty.
